Home base guests(guests assigned to a monthly pad) are to abide by the same rules as transient guests. Check out time on Sundays 4:PM. considerations can be discussed with management & holiday week-ends.
Reservations
Reservations recommended. A $25 non-refundable deposit per site is due upon making your reservation. Deposits will be deducted from your rental fee. A 72 hr. confirmed cancellation allows use of deposit toward next stay.
There is a $25 charge for returned checks for any reason.
Firewood and Ice available on premise.
